  • Our ceremony and reception space can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people.

  • All events are held outside, on our patio and outdoor area nestled along the Big Thompson River.

  • Yes! Our parking, restrooms, and outdoor areas are all ADA-compliant.

  • We have on-site and nearby parking options that can comfortably accommodate 200 guests.

  • Yes! We have firepits and propane heaters available to keep you and your guests comfortable during your event.

  • No. All parts of your wedding are held in our large outdoor area.

  • Yes, we offer getting-ready rooms as part of our Diamond Day package.

  • Yes! Pets are welcome, as long as they stay outside for the duration of the event.

  • Our covered pavilion can comfortably hold 60 guests. We also have a number of pop-up tents to cover your guests in the event of rain or inclement weather.

  • We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. We do not host multiple events on the same day, and book on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Yes, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. Once your spot is reserved, we will send you a payment link. The remaining 50% of your balance is due within one month of the event. 

  • Our deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your event, we are happy to work with you so long as the date is available and it’s the same price.

  • No! Our insurance covers everything so that you can have peace of mind.

  • We include a staffed bar, Bluetooth sound system, tables, and chairs in your rental fee.

  • We do not have an in-house caterer, nor do we have any existing contracts with third-party caterers. This means you can bring in your preferred caterer or food truck for your event. Please be aware, we do not have a kitchen on site, so all food should be brought hot.

  • Yes! Our full-service bar is available for all events. Choose between an open bar, a cash bar, or drink tickets to best fit your budget. 


  • Yes, there is a noise curfew at 9 pm on Sundays through Thursdays, and 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

  • Your party is responsible for all cleanup after the event. However, we do offer a cleanup add-on for a more inclusive feel, in which our staff will take care of the cleanup.
